The Holidays and Your Roof… What’s the Connection?

First of all… Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all who read this blog!

What do the Holidays have to do with your roof? – A couple of things…

First… Didn’t you know that Santa and his reindeer-powered-sleigh land on your rooftop every year? This can cause minor damage to any roof, whether Tile, Shingle or even Metal! This is a perfect time of year to inspect, while things are dry and cool – the perfect time of year to look things over! We can even clean up after those pesky reindeer!

But seriously… Did you, like many people, hang lights from the edges of your roof? Did you hang lights from your gutters? Did you put Decorations on the roof top? Maybe, just maybe, you went as far as pulling a Clark Griswold and decided to install lights all over the roof surface?! If you did any of the above, make sure you have us come out and look things over after the season ends!  We need to insure that no damage was done. We’ll even do it free of charge if you ask nicely! Consider this our Christmas Present to you – a complimentary roof inspection report! It is the least we can do for anyone who takes the time to read our blog site.

  2. Maintenance…..

Maintenance involves the physical inspection of an existing roofing system to determine it’s current condition, detect weakness and failures and identify any potential future problems. Through a program of regularly scheduled annual or semiannual inspections, the company’s technicians assist owner in protecting their roofing investments by seeking to identify damage in its early stages. Early detection of leaks and roof system failures make it possible for the company to repair and extend the life of a roof system through repair or restoration, which is significantly less expensive and time consuming

  4. Loved the way you offered your complimentary roof inspection service, that was very smart. Also, I think this is a great idea to convey the importance of roof inspection and safety through legends like Santa Claus landing on your roof, it definitely would register the message involved more effectively and in an entertaining way.

  5. You have touched a very important point, people, in their excitement during festivals, unknowingly harm their roof by putting heavy decorative pieces in the various parts of the roof, gutter, which may cause damage. Its really nice of you for going out of way to help home owners. This is indeed a great Christmas gesture.

  6. Yes taking care of the roof is very important during Christmas, people hang heavy stuff at the different parts which look beautiful but they do not realize the harm or damage it could do.

  7. You have nailed it, lots of home owners take their roof for granted and in their enthusiasm for the festival and make their house look shining and glittering, subject crucial parts of their house to unnecessary load that may lead to a greater harm.
